Financial Aid Account (FAA)

The Financial Aid Office at the University of Southern California creates Award Codes to be used by university departments to make awards in the financial aid system. The Financial Aid Account Document is a KEW eDoc that is designed for the purpose of requesting the creation of a new financial aid account or the updating of an existing financial aid account.

Any USC staff member may initiate a request for a financial aid account. Depending on the account number being requested, the Financial Aid Account eDoc will route to the proper fiscal officer for approval, and then on to the Office of Financial Aid for processing.
